We fire up every Friday with an oak, hickory, and fruitwood smolder to enhance the flavor of all of our offerings.  We only use hardwood fires (No gas or propane) for all our products.

Our products can be delivered or picked up fresh off the smoker or vacuum sealed, frozen, and available to you at your leisure.

BBQ Training

Think about it.. your wife sets up a BBQ Training Class so she can have a party..

 

You and at least 5 of your friends spend the afternoon in the driveway learning the art of BBQ.  Meat cuts and shopping, rubs, marinades, equipment, timing, cooking, sauces, and final presentation, to mention just a few areas you will be trained in.

 

We can continue with a full catering or product provision party when the guests arrive.  Hey...you learned it, you get the credit.
